Thistles & Truffles
This stunning cake is a really popular choice for our couples as it combines the traditional features of thistles and tartan with lashings of chocolate and handmade truffles (certainly ticks all my boxes!). This design works equally well as a square shape or round, with pillars inbetween the tiers, or with the tiers stacked. You can also incorporate any other flowers on the cake top.
