Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Subsequently you will be transferred to our secure payment partner Protx to process your card payment details. We accept credit and debit card payments from Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, and Solo. If you are shopping from outwith the UK please contact us directly for further details. Likewise if you would like a purchase to be delivered outwith the UK please contact us to establish cost of post and packing. When an e-mail confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

Delivery Schedule
We aim to process and despatch all orders within 72 hours of receipt. Due to the handmade nature of our products at busy times such as Christmas, despatch may take up to four days, however we will endeavour to despatch your order as soon as possible. If an item is likely to be out of stock for longer than four days we will contact you. All orders will normally be despatched via Royal Mail First Class, the cost of which is included in all prices. Credit Card Security
